NAME: CARR
GENDER: MALE
AGE: 22
SPECIES: IRKEN
HEIGHT: 5'4"
WEIGHT: 135 LBS
PAK STATUS: STABLE
OCCUPATION: DEFECTIVE HUNTER> > > PERSONAL INFORMATION > > > > > >
PERSONALITY: Usually serious, but he can’t pass up a good laugh once in a while. When someone does something completely wrong, or just something plain funny, he laughs at it. He’s quick, and skilled when it comes to fighting, mainly because he’s had advanced training for his job. He goofs off sometimes, but it just depends on his mood. Car can get annoyed / irritated easily, which is how he judges others when they first meet. If they annoy him, he doesn’t like them. Car can also seem to be a bit grumpy. He’s a smoker who’s trying to quit, but when he does have a cig, he tends to get pissed off when someone makes him drop it. One other thing about Car; he can’t resist “hot” females, but he’ll quickly snap out of his boyish thoughts.
SHORT BIOGRAPHY: He passed training very easily and moved on to become a great Irken Elite, soon to rise as an Irken Defect Hunter. Around the time he was just starting his new occupation, a suspected Irken Defect had just graduated from training. He kept a close eye on her, but soon stopped suspecting she was a defective when she became a respected Irken Elite. Years later, a case came up where a mutilated Irken was found drifting in space. The weapons used were ones found in a Pak. Carr was given the case, because it was most likely an Irken Defective who had done it. Carr was notified by Tallest Miyuki that Fin, the suspected defect from years before, had been working with the victim that was found floating in space. Carr set out in a Voot Cruiser, searching for this Irken Defect. Soon enough, he came across a wrecked Irken Ship, which had crashed into a random planet in space (not Earth). Upon entering the ship, there was a faint gruesome smell of blood. Taking out a flashlight, Carr scanned the ship. The readings from his goggles told himt hat he was standing on “top” of a life form. However, the life form was above him. He was assaulted from above, getting a nasty scar to his right eye, leaving him nearly blind in that eye. The attacker was none other than Fin, the once proud Irken Elite, now a defective. Fin became Carr’s main priority. He was always trying to track her down, and was successful at bringing her to Trial two times. However she escaped both of these trials. Carr still tracks her down, even today.
WEAPONS: His weapons include an electric energy sword, which gives off intense heat to the touch, (Kind of looks like the halo energy sword, with the effect of a lightsaber). Carr also uses twin daggers/knives. He’s equipped with 15 grenades, which he tries not to waste. He sometimes uses the grenades as a starting attack, or to catch someone off guard, or to distract them. Some of them can stick to what they are placed on, and some just work like regular grenades. (in this ref, he's holding one.) They light up green when not activated. Once a regular grenade is activated, there's five second of yellow light, five seconds of orange light, and five seconds of red -- which means run the hell away. However, his favorite weapons are his twin pistols, which he prefers to fight with. He refers to his guns as “His babies.”
STRENGTHS: He is very determined and willing to fight -- willing to kill. He's not afraid to kill somebody, and he absolutely won't hesitate, especially if they're an enemy, opponent, or threat. He's lightweight which makes him pretty speedy. Keen on his feet. High agility. His years of hunting down defectives, along with his self-training makes him pretty skillful with fighting and surviving in any kind of terrain around the universe. Climbing a tree? No problem. Hitting a target? Child's play. Carr's sole existence is for taking people down. And, he can block out thoughts when he's in the midst of fighting so he doesn't get distracted or unfocused. He can call predictable moves.
WEAKNESSES: People who know how to play with your mind, manipulation, seduction -- he's pretty tempt-able. Although focused, if you can figure him out, he's super gullible and it's easy to trick him into not killing you. (So not gullible in the manner of falling for anything that's obvious.) If someone displays ruthlessness, he displays it back. But if someone plays innocence or pretends to be weak or injured, he'll fall for it every time trying to be a good guy. And children, or smeets. He cannot hurt a child -- mainly due to his partnership with an aspiring, yet very young, irken defect hunter -- kind of his cheery sidekick. Underneath his normally rigid, cold, annoyed attitude, he's pretty heartfelt, and thoughtful. Really isn't a heartless, cruel, jerk like he may seem to be. He feels bad about killing decent beings -- defects that aren't killers, ones that just disband themselves from irken society. Irken enemies like vortians or other species that aren't Irken. But still, it's his job, and he does it without much of a problem. Finally, he'd be lost without his goggles (for obvious reasons explained) or... cigarettes. The crave he gets is unbearable. If there is one thing that can break his focus, it's not being able to have a cig.
FEARS: Losing, coming close to death, and losing a limb. Fatal injuries. Being the last man standing. He'd like to come out of everything he gets into without too many battle scars, and little injuries. He's afraid of failure.
SPECIAL ABILITIES: There's nothing about him that couldn't be achieved by another irken elite skills. The only thing that could be considered special, are his goggles. His Goggles: They’re not just ordinary goggles that protect your eyes. The goggles are capable of seeing further ahead, sending video transmissions of what he’s seeing, making maps of the area he’s in, scanning the area for life forms, and comes with multiple choices of visions. Such as x-ray, heat seeking, negative, black and white, night vision, and many more. Since the goggles can scan the area for life forms, Carr will usually know he’s close to an opponent. The goggles can pick up transmissions that are being sent in the area. They’re high tech material, and he usually fights wearing them. If not, they're either around his neck or up on his forehead.> > > END > > > > > >

And this character
...that is all
You mentioned the Halo energy swords, then you mentioned the twin pistols being referred to as "his babies".
This is Ironic, seeing as I've been playing Halo 4 for the past five days, and i call my favorite guns "My babies".
But I don't like the energy sword.
You have to get REALLY close to your enemy to use it. And it has a FRIGGIN BATTERY LIFE.
It's alien tech! Why would it have a battery life? D:
Anywho,
This guy seems really awesome. @u@
Just his color scheme, then the whole 'children' thing and his 'cheery sidekick' AND THEN I MELTED INTO A PUDDLE.
YOU MELTED A FIRE. YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THE IMPOSSIBLE. GOOD JOB.
Also, your HTML's. I am jelly of them. -w-
at the same time, YOU JUST GET GUNNED DOWN BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN GET CLOSE if they see you
d'aaawwww
thank you
he's such an old oc of mine and i thought i should bring him back vuv
i actually just drew him and his little sidekick lmao
children are his weakness, CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
I DIDN'T MEAN TO MELT YOU
I'M SORRY
SRY
behe thanks tho
i like to make things look all nice with html and coding c:
YES, UNLESS YOU'RE GOOD AT HIDING.
I think that I will limit the number of OC's I make for any head-canon time period that I've created. Otherwise, they're all going to look the same. With the first thing in the 'Weaknesses' section being 'Children'.

Well, wouldya lookit dat. I've melted again. :U
MELTING IS GOOD.
I DON'T THINK I'VE MELTED BY READING ANYTHING EITHER SAPPY OR HAPPY, BEFORE. THis is how you achieved the Impossible.
Ifinallyhavefeels,man. :U
HTML and coding. Both awesome. Both a PAIN to write, especially if you're using multiple codes in one area.
I like Using Headers, they make the text look awesome. Stiliyzed text looks awesome, too. Don't know how to style the text though. -lederp-
