hahahaha kidding maybe not lol idk
i know it is definitely hard to tell when someone's just joking, being sarcastic, etc over the internet because there is virtually no tone of voice you can truly convey through text or in a fucking chat
so in the end one of the people talking to each other has a pretty good chance of taking something the other person says the wrong way
people do this on facebook a lot which is really annoying
and it's like
okay i will just try not to be funny next time goodbye
but for instance
there's definitely things you DON'T FUCKING JOKE ABOUT and things that just AREN'T FUNNY ( i.e. "the boston marathon? i heard it was a blast!" - a stupid friend of mine and probably all of the internet ) JOKING ABOUT TRAGEDIES IS NOT FUNNY OR AT LEAST TO ME NOT FUNNY
i mean i guess it depends on what you say and what kind of jokes people can really take
because people's senses of humor are all different
but like come on i think it's obvious when something is clearly a joke yanno

i am assuming you guys understand this whole predicament because being on the internet you've all probably experienced times where someone thinks something is hilarious and you don't or you say something that just gets taken completely wrong and you're like ok never fucking mind because of the reaction you get

if you are offended by something i say that is intended to be a joke ( or topic or anything ) TELL ME DIRECTLY instead of GETTING PISSED AT ME
